When attacked the afterimage dies regardless of the damage dealt. Each creature within 10 feet of that space must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier) or be poisoned for 1 minute and be death marked for the same duration. The poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending both conditions on a success.
