Half-Orcs of Shattered Realms are a striking, complex people—tall, muscular, and battle-scarred, yet graced with the elegant, angular features and subtly pointed ears of their elven kin.

Their skin, often a deep, weathered red, green, or gray, bears the marks of fierce combat and the passage of time, while their eyes shimmer with an unexpected spark of otherworldly light. This dual heritage makes them both formidable warriors and enigmatic figures, living on the margins of orcish savagery and elven refinement.

In a realm that values both raw strength and cultured wisdom, Half-Orcs have forged a unique identity. Often shunned by both traditional orc and elven societies, they have become natural mediators and fierce survivors. They channel the ferocity of their orcish ancestry into unmatched martial prowess while embracing the elven sensitivity to beauty, art, and magic—a dichotomy that imbues their every decision with both passion and precision. Their culture is a tapestry of rugged tradition interwoven with unexpected artistic expression, reflecting a lifetime of balancing two disparate worlds.

Half-Orcs in Shattered Realms embody the struggle of dual heritage—harnessing brute force alongside refined insight. They are warriors with a poet’s heart, capable of both devastating violence and tender diplomacy. Their existence is a constant negotiation between the call of battle and the desire for peace, a reminder that true strength can arise from the fusion of seemingly opposing forces.

Battle Frenzy

As a bonus action while you are below half your maximum hit points, you gain advantage on all Strength skill checks, attack rolls, and saving throws until the start of your next turn.

Ancient Insight

Drawing on the deep well of elven wisdom, you can call upon ancestral knowledge to enhance your abilities. As a bonus action, choose ability check or saving throw; you gain advantage on the next roll of that type.

You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus, or by expending a 1st level or higher spell slot.

Relentless Endurance

When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can use your reaction to instead drop to a number of hit points equal to your Strength modifier (minimum of 1).

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Savage Attacks

When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can roll one additional weapon damage die when determining the extra damage. The weapon's damage type is determined by the weapon itself.
