Coven Shapeshifter Features By Level

Sanguinaire
1st Level Feature
You gain proficiency in the History skill. You can drink blood as a form of ration, and can climb vertical surfaces using your walking speed.

You have all the characteristics of your race, when shifted you can enter a bat form or vampire form, while in bat form you a flying speed equal to your walking speed, you cannot attack while in this form, in vampire form you take 1d8 radiant damage per round in sunlight, and you gain an additional 1d6 to Charisma skill checks. You can extend the duration of this form up to 1 hour.

Vampiric Bite
3rd Level Feature
While shifted you gain a Vampiric Bite attack. Your vampiric bite is a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient. You use your Constitution modifier for attack and damage rolls, and it deals 1d6 piercing damage on a hit. If you are missing half or more of your hit points, you have advantage on attack rolls with this bite.

When you hit a creature that isn’t a Construct or Undead with this bite, you regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.

6th Level Feature
While shifted, you can briefly transform into an incorporeal mist to evade danger. As a reaction when you take damage, you can become intangible until the start of your next turn. While intangible, you have resistance to all damage except radiant and force, and you can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. If you end your turn inside an object, you are immediately shunted to the nearest unoccupied space and take 1d10 force damage.

10th Level Feature
You can unleash an attack infused with dark energy. When you hit a creature with a Vampiric Bite attack, you can choose to deal additional necrotic damage equal to your level. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or be charmed by you until the end of your next turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack, you regain hit points equal to your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus.

You have immunity to necrotic damage and the charmed condition.

19th Level Feature
Your hunger becomes unstoppable. Your Vampiric Bite now deals 4d6 piercing damage, and when you hit a creature with it, you regain hit points equal to twice your proficiency bonus.

If you reduce a creature to 0 hit points using your Vampiric Bite, you can immediately shapeshift without using a bonus action or expending a use.
